MGS Group is a boutique real estate firm committed to fostering personalized relationships with each and every one of our clients.
Maggie Gold Seelig specializes in uniting home buyers with the perfect property to call home. With experience in residential real estate sales and development, this attorney turned broker defines the ultimate and discreet real estate professional. Widely considered the “house matchmaker” for those seeking high-end properties in Boston, Brookline, Cambridge and beyond, Maggie knows that finding the right property is part science and (more importantly) part art. With her finger on the pulse of the real estate market and her extensive network of connections, Maggie is singularly focused on finding her clients the perfect property. Then she negotiates deal terms that exceed their expectations. Maggie offers more than clear and sound real estate advice. She offers strategic thinking that helps her clients realize every advantage.
Maggie’s house hunting philosophy is that the process must be both informed and fun; one without the other just “doesn’t cut it.” Maggie’s relationship centered approach to her business results in clients being heard, understood and better served. Believing that a home needs to reflect the aspirations and lifestyle of its owners, Maggie invests the necessary time and energy into understanding her client’s needs and desires.
The process for identifying the priorities for home location, features and amenities is the direct result of a dialogue that Maggie says, “often evolves over time,” as she believes the process for finding the right next home is in fact, organic. Being able to provide clients with introductions to some of Boston’s best professionals in the areas of building, architecture, design and art curation and collection, is just another perk to being represented by Maggie in your next home search.
